about me
Thomas made his racing debut at Donington Park in the final round of the 2023 Ginetta Junior season, finishing ninth in his very first race. Before stepping into cars, he built his foundations through a successful karting career across British and European Rotax competitions.
In 2024, Thomas competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship with R Racing, finishing 11th overall with nine top-ten finishes. Racing against seasoned juniors, he developed the racecraft and tyre management that would underpin his transition to single-seaters. The season had its challenges, but each one sharpened his approach. By year's end, Fortec Motorsports were convinced the move to open-wheel racing was the right next step.
Thomas Ingram-Hill made his single-seater debut in 2025, joining reigning GB4 champions Fortec Motorsports for what became a breakthrough first season in open-wheel racing. Starting from limited testing and no prior experience in an open-wheeler, he adapted rapidly to the machinery and steadily moved up the order. From round nine onwards he averaged fifth place per race, claiming podiums at Silverstone and Donington Park and recording a fastest lap along the way. He finished sixth in the championship on a grid of over 20 drivers. Alongside GB4, he also raced at selected British F4 rounds — gaining cross-series experience in a single remarkable debut year.
